Nice. I don't get Starz and this show looked good to me, so I'm looking forward to a blind buy. As long as this doesn't come out at the same time as some of Warner's shows at the end of August and early September that is.

I love the show and think it's worth a blind buy if you enjoy the genre or am a fan of the Arthurian legends.

'Camelot' was fantastic. We loved it and can't wait for Season 2. Pre-order this set. If for nothing else, for Eva Green's (Casino Royale, the upcoming Dark Shadows) excellent performance. She is always amazing.

I would say its worth a Blind Buy, i have watched a few Ep on demand & have enjoyed it.

They have sadly not greenlit a 2nd season

I'd say its worth a blind rental. I just watched the finale Saturday night and I could not see sitting through the series again. Bad casting, bad acting. Aside from a few good characters and lots of boobies, this show was a major let down next to Spartacus.

This is aimed at 'The Tudors' crowd and Merlin is more fun childrens/family entertainment set. I found the first few episodes of this quite dull but there are some nice moments.

Out of curiosity the UK DVD set was released Monday (it hasn't finished it run on Channel4 yet), so it looks like there's no Blu for us. It looks like UK BD owners will have to get their Eva Green HD fix elsewhere.

I thought I had read this show was cancelled after the first season.

Yeah, it was mentioned earlier in the thread. A shame. At least "Game of Thrones" was renewed.

I am so pissed they cancelled Camelot......I really liked the show and i was looking forward to a new season.......Oh well
