Remember when DVD first came out?

Never actually bought a normal DVD player. My first was the PS2, then bought a VCR/DVD combo from Phillips VCR part broke after 5 months (wanted $90 to repair it which is $10 cheaper than what it cost) so replaced it with a Samsung VCR/DVD combo and thats currently what I use. I will be getting a Sony 5 disc DVD player upconvert 1080i getting the 5 disc for CD use. Also about that time I will be getting a PS3 as my first BD player and might use that for DVD's if its better than the DVD player.
