This is probably a dumb question but will a better receiver really improve the sound quality of my system ?

I currently own this receiver that came from a HTIB i bought from Best Buy..

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Insignia...&skuId=9931712

It decodes just about everything.....

I have added the following speakers to the set up ....I do not use the sub that came with the HTIB

Polk Audio - PSW110 10" 200 Watt Powered Subwoofer

Sony SA-WM250 100 Watt Powered Subwoofer

Polk Audio CS10 Center-Channel Speaker

I kept the 4 surround speakers it came with.............

The system sounds awesome and having 2 bass really rocks the room....This system is very loud and i have no complaints about the quality of the current set up but my question is will a better Receiver really make that much of a change to be worth it............Thanks

Also does a receiver with higher watts mean louder sound ?
