The dialogue and tension in the movie was realistic, but from a sci-fi point of view, it was still just as unrealistic as others like Event Horizon.

You would not instantly freeze.

Not unrealistic at all. Everything is possible. Just because it has not happened yet or the technology is not here - does not mean it's not possible. Where would we be if everyone said computers were not possible?

Because there is no air pressure to keep your blood and body fluids in a liquid state, the fluids would "boil." This would cause your body to lose heat energy rapidly, the fluids would freeze before they were evaporated totally. It would take from 30 seconds to 1 minute. So it is possible to travel between air locks with no suit.

Lots of misinformation here. I will point you to this link...

Should clear some stuff up. You have up to 30 seconds (MAX) to get from A to B in space with no suite before you suffer any injury. After that time, your troubles will start to mount. Past the 60 second mark is where problems increase 100 fold.
