How much juice does your receiver put out? I"ve smoked more JBL gear than Snoop Dogg has smoked joints. You go, "wow, sounds good, crank it up a little more" till you get that nasty little sizzling sound and that funky smell of fried phenolic, and school is out.

The do sound good. But they're easily crisped. Polks are more bulletproof. As long as you aren't overpowering them, it's not a bad choice.
