My wife and I caught it last night and I remember looking at her and asking, are they playing these out of order? Definitely shed some light knowing that the groom character didn't get over the break up so easily. Funny show, glad it got picked up. With both Traffic Light and Perfect Couple getting the ax, I wasn't expecting this to get picked up.

Did clear some things up, one of the reasons I quit watching originally was because the character development didn't seem to be there. He couldn't get off the couch one episode and then was perfect and living at his buddies the next. Last night's episodes showed quite a bit of transition leading into them being okay around each other.

Good episode yesterday, Megan Mullaly was great as a guest star, can't wait to see who guest stars next week.

This show is so good, so much better than most other comedies out there right now. People should be watching this.

LOL the TV spot they did for the steak sandwich shop was awesome, except that it didn't do what it was supposed to do. This is the best comedy I've regularly watched on TV in I don't know how long.

I find this show funny every once in a while but I thought the Halloween episode was hilarious. I wish all the episodes were like that. I just find it.. too awkward at times

I'm sorry, but this is a must see in my house. My wife has to get up early every morning, so she goes to bed around 9:30. Still, every Wednesday she stays up to watch this show. For me, this shows how good The New Girl should be.

I'm not bashing it saying it's not funny like I would with Big Bang Theory. I think it is funny but there's something about it I don't like, but I'm not sure exactly what it is

I assume anyone that doesn't find Jess funny in New Girl is a guy because they think she's annoying. She's weird/awkward but to me not the awkward that seems like you're trying too hard to be funny, more like very bad social skills

We both like the show, so what's the problem? As far as The New Girl, that is a topic of conversation for that thread. Abi, I too, have enjoyed the show from the beginning. Even though ABC kind aired the first season out of order.

I fell into watching the show over the summer and I really like it. I think its tons better then that New Girl show that seems to be getting good reviews.

I like all the characters and you can really see Damon Wayans shining through his son. I mean you can see glimpse of a young DW.

If I had one complaint MBF, it is I see too much of Wayan's in his son. Don't get me wrong, he's hilarious. I would just love to see if he can do anything other than a pale imitation of his dad. Still, it works for the show and I loved the episode where his dad came to visit.

Another fantastic episode, LOL@Elisha's character falling for Max until he brought out his gross side. Hope this thing goes at least one more season, it's the first show I've really liked on ABC since Grey's Anatomy was good years ago.

I keep going back and forth on how I feel about this show (mostly because I don't really like Max), but this week's episode was hilarious. Alex had me cracking up when she started acting all crazy in love with Max.

LOL another new awesome episode, I am starting to wonder if this cast is what it's going to be or if it will ever change. The characters do all seem to be a perfect fit together though. LOL@two characters taking care of someone else's kids, that reminded me of Role Models.
