The line they put on the Warner HD DVDs is just a heads-up for the consumers who are thinking about buying said HD DVDs. In other words, they are saying, "Get them while we still have them." This is another marketing strategy. Also, they don't want consumers to blame them for not giving them ALL the information needed to make an educated decision on Hi-def media.
