I know , I just think they could redefine the sandbox horror type that even FO3 didn't take full advantage of, and with those graphics (my hopes are too high though )!

I know what you want six you want a game like The Walking Dead so you can live out your fantasy of "How i would survive a zombie apocolypse"

Had I been a tester, they would have been getting tons of questions from me about story/character details that were left TOO MUCH to the player's imagination without any definitive resolution in the end.
If I were a tester I would have told them it's not "fun" when you make treasures drop with a ridiculously low probability

That said, U3 is a blast (multiplayer is better than U2 imo) and I'm sure this game will be great too.

lol I just think it could be insane when they figure out how to get more bodies on the screen and really get the ai to the point where it can be even more tactical then the likes of FO/Skyrim. (like I said probably overshooting tech by a decade )

And yes I'd make zombies/infected/weirdo's w/e chase me then hide and kill them all

I just can't see how a giant space like a city (as indicated by the trailer) would work with something liner like dead space, because one of the reasons dead space worked so well was it was so tight and close quarters.

Anyone else think the music in the trailer was Gustavo Santaolalla?

That would be cool if he provided the score or at least the guitar. I love a good video game score.

An open world game something like a GTA style city. Streets and shopping malls full of zombies. You have to find a safe place to live and fortify it, go out get supplies, ammo and stuff. The AI wouldnt even have to be clever because zombies are stupid but one bite and its game over....Supersix camped out on the roof of a wal-mart with a sniper rifle Awesome

Looks like fast 'zombies" that are not actually undead ... Me like a game based on 28 days later

This being said, I'm not sure an "open world" lends itself really well to a great story telling and story arc development ... So .. really deep story telling but restrictions, or open world and more shallow development/ story?

*ahem* I reckon it's a just a little bit too early to be discussing the plot or type of game it will be; all we've seen is a teaser and some screen shots and yet some here are already moaning about it because of what someone else has suggested the game will be like!

We'll find out eventually, for now just enjoy the gobsmackingly amazing visuals in the teaser

If it's a survival horror game and being ND, I'm guessing this is going to Third Person?

I don't buy that these guys survived longer than Nate and Sully. Those guys are invincible, dammit!

To me, Uncharted 3 had way too many glitches than it should've. Uncharted 2 was a definitely a smoother, more "polished" game in that aspect. With that said, I still think Uncharted 2 had the weakest story out of the trilogy. Uncharted 3 was epic.

I'm calling them mutants. They're ugly and they want to f**k you up, but it doesn't seem like they're the flesh-eating undead.

What glitches? I've finished single-player twice - once on normal, once on crushing - and haven't had any problems. I did feel that U2's gameplay mechanics was a bit more polished, but only slightly.

Surprised no-ones picked up on or mentioned any thoughts on the fact that the derelict country? (world?) may have been around for at least what 16 years+?

Elle says "He tells me how these streets were crowded with people... going about their lives. Huh. Must have been nice"

Either she's commenting on just never visiting a city before or maybe this way of life is all she knows. Could she have been brought up from birth in this post apocalyptic world?

Yeah I noticed that also I think it's safe to say that it has been sometime as nature has took over the city and some of those trees look like they have been growing for at least 10 , 20 years
