I see people picking up Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Where in Canada is it available?

In the mail s'far this week:

Had to swap out the Intruder case for a three-disc one, since the workprint DVD-R only came in an envelope.

The Terminator Salvation digital copy won't mind.

Watership down (your Untem Am Fluss) is such a powerful movie. I haven't seen it in probably 20 years. Happened to be watching
[Show spoiler]Donnie Darko recently and there is a clip of it on the classroom TV
. Really made me want to track it down and get a copy.

Star Wars went back down to $79.99 and I couldn't resist. For some reason, I couldn't resist Transformers either. I think it's because I haven't seen the last one and it was on sale. Anyway, Transformers is underwhelming. As you can see, there are barely any special features, but I expected this one to be bare bones anyway. Interestingly, the box set slip cover has an opening from the top instead of the side. I hope I won't be tempted by the special edition version, but I probably will. ugh...bad self control.

I use Photobucket on my iPad, just upload the picture and copy the link. You might need an account on there in order to use it though. But I find it's the easiest to do.

Well, I try avoiding flat-out guaranteeing a movie is worth seeing, but taking a look at your collection I'd say yes. I see it as a happy return to form for Lucky McKee. At it's core it's a horror movie, but it's quirky which was the same reason I loved May so much. Also, that is the DVD of Felidae. It's a good film, but not one to watch with your mother and younger brother.

Agreed. It is a great movie. I recommend the Blu-ray. I still have the R1 DVD and I can say the Blu is definitely an upgrade, even if the film shows it's age. A big plus is that the menu & special features are all in English. I'll have a review on the disc up in a few days.

Thanks. It is German, I ordered it from amazon.de. I'm not sure about the region-encoding or if it has any PAL content, but if you can find clarification on that and you're able to play it I highly recommend getting the disc.
