So do you see any actual Sharks at all?? I mean its called Shark night I would think that they have to at least show them a bit. I am still renting to see how the film is I have to see for my self before making a final decision I can spare the $1 for a redbox rental

You do see sharks (mostly in cutaways prior to or after an attack). The attacks aren't much more than the actor flailing or going under before you see some blood in the water. The movie was fun for what it was, but I am very disappointed that they didn't have the foresight to shoot more graphic attacks for an "Unrated" cut. Really, if the movie wasn't tamed-down for the PG-13 crowd, it could have been just as good as the Piranha remake.

This is just my opinion, this movie was made with for a PG-13 rating so teens could get in without a parent, i think they could have made more money with an R rating for 2 Reasons.

1. They could have gotten away with more gore like Pirahna 3D did.

2. All of the honest teens would have had to got a parent to go with then to see it (And all of the dishonest ones would just sneak in to see it)

It made $18M domestically on a $25M budget. A lot of good that PG-13 rating did them.

i 2nd this. It is really weird because this movie was marketed as a 3D movie but there is still no word on a 3D release for Blu ray

i do want this movie. i enjoyed it in theaters. But 29.99 is a lot to ask. right now my price on amazon is 24.99, and i would like it even lower.

Apollo 18 and Final Destination 5 are also in, not sure what the street date is for it though.

Pics coming friday or saturday for x-mas, sunday the latest. Depends on how busy my weekend is.

Never heard of Abduction and no.

I got a big haul I'm picking up on friday which consists mainly of DC Animated films, FD5, and Shark Night.

And Final Destination 5 and Apollo 13 come out the 27th of this month. Or atleast the states they do. Shark night doesn't come out until the week after FD5 and Apollo 18.
