I see nothing wrong with either photo for the yearbook as long as both the girl and her parents have approved them. There is no nudity involved and you can see way more skin than that by going to any public beach. It's THEIR business how she looks in a yearbook and the prudes in charge of the yearbook need to shut the hell up and publish the photo. Mark
