I did a search on your TV and couldn't find anything about it being 1080/24p capable.

Spec sheets normally specify that since it's a major feature for blu.

I can tell you that I own the BD30 and a true 1080/24p TV and get no flickers. In fact it is a visual dream come true - nirvana for the eyes.

I don't believe the problem is with the player. My suggestion - turn off 24p. If you still get the flicker then it's the player. If the flicker goes it's your TV not being 24p capable that's the problem.
