Ugly Disney Covers? - Blu-ray Forum

So has disney stopped putting that ugly silver ray thing on their covers for good now? it's really ugly and makes all their blu's look the same. Generic if you will. Here's an example...

It makes all the covers look generic though. I really hate it. It also puts the original artwork off-balance.

I would say the lack of artistic design on it surprises me, but this seems to happen a lot with catalogue titles, there are very few past releases thats covers impress me more than the original print.

I'm one of the few who actually like the swoosh. But they're gradually changing it though, look at amazon and you'll see the new cover for Apocalypto is devoid of the swoosh.

id rather have a disney cover disney disc than a warner cover and disc lol..there covers might suck but at least their movies look good
