I was surprised by how much I liked Battleship. Definitely better than the Transformers movies.

It's too bad that both of Taylor Kitsch's big movies this year bombed. I thought he was quite likeable and charismatic in both movies. He's much better than the other action stars that have been forced on us in recent years (such as Shia LaBeouf and Sam Worthington).
