They're talking about HD-DVD.com, which was a site a lot like this one, Blu-ray.com , except playing for the other side. They're not talking about the official HD DVD site.

That URL now just dumps you in the Amazon.com HD DVD store front page.

Has it actually been officially established that the same people owned Blu-ray.com and HD-DVD.com? I thought all that was known is they used the same holding service for anonymously owned domains, which doesn't necessarily mean anything.

EDIT: Apparently it's well known that Blu-ray.com and HD-DVD.com are owned by the same people and they have some of the same moderators.
