French writing on BD cases in Canada

I don't know about that.... Most in Montreal and suburbs can handle their English quite well. Out of the 6M people in Quebec, 3M live in the Montreal+suburbs area and at least 2 thirds of them can easily handle English. That leaves 4M SOL (shit out of luck) but most of them would be in the regions and around Quebec city. The majority of Montreal folks are at the VERY least bilingual if not trilingual.

I speak Japanese badly, but I understand far more than I can actually articulate. The question I'm asking is how many people, when faced with a movie title would be at a loss to parse it out?
