GO USA!
i've only got Comcast, so can't speak for their service--
And even if I could, I don't have the HD Premium box, and only have my local-channel cable plugged directly into my set's built-in QAM, and can't get PPV.

Otherwise, I'd be jumping on this in a second (despite being only a casual Summer-Olympics fan and ignoring the Winter entirely), just to support the cause of live-3D broadcast in the US.
I mean, even if just to watch regular things in 3-D like track, and swimming, and diving, and girls' gymnastics....

....

....Okay, that does it, is Comcast offering the service?

I have Comcast and they just added ch. 333 in my line-up for NBC Olympics 3D. It's already showing some side by side 3D programming. Looking forward to the opening ceremonies next Saturday!

Fios also added the 3d channel (along with the soccer and basketball hd channels). Fios is normally the top and bottom 3d but I have only checked out a few since most of their 3d content requires the premium channels.

Fios does both. 1080 side by side and 720 top bottom. ESPN happens to be 720p so espn 3d is top bottom. NBC is normally 1080i. But not sure if they will carry over to this olympic feed.

So it's starting to look like Charter is the only major service not offering a 3D channel. I'm not surprised, but it's very annoying.

Already have the "2012 London Olympic Games: Opening Ceremony" set to record on the DVR Thu, Jul 26, 10:48 PM PDT via DirecTV n3D channel 103.

Surprised that ESPN3D channel 106 is not covering any of the Events.

WOOOOHOOO! At&t, I take back everything bad I said about you!**

**Jsmith nor associating agreeable parties take back any actual accusations, labels, or insults made per earlier posts in this topic. Posting parties have been burned too many times, in fact offering this in 3D is like putting a single band-aid over a severed arm. However in good spirits I will say this, damn good start to win me back.

LOL - don't forget to read the fine print I sure did when I signed up........
