Are you sure about that? If they signed a deal and keep up their end of the bargain, I'd think Toshiba would have to keep up their end of the contract, or pay them coin to break it.

It most likely is due to the fact that they've already produced it. I'm sure the reds will buy enough copies to make it worth pressing, and be grateful for something new to watch.
