Just got my Snow White blu-ray today from Amazon (UK). I wish they would send the orders out earlier (like Play & HMV) as they don't seem to be arriving on the release date for me (this happened with my Battleship pre-order as well).

At the moment it says "loaded on a van" so I guess there's may be a chance it will be delivered this afternoon.

Seems odd that someone else here says it came from TNT. When I spoke to HMV about delivery issues they insisted they used CityLink for expensive items who charge them £6.50 for next day delivery and had trialled Hermes for the James Bond set for the first time only because they offered a cheaper option for 2-5 days delivery and the margins were low on that set such that they couldn't justify the £6.50 hit. Not sure how/where TNT fit into that story.
Mine definitely had a TNT label on it, similar to those that HMV use for the normal box cases, and was delivered by Royal Mail. Very strange.

Ah. I was forgetting TNT did "cheap alternative to Royal Mail" stuff that then gets handed to Royal Mail as well as courier stuff.

My guess here is that because the set was late (despite being pre-ordered) and I'd had a long discussion with them last week about why I was moving all my orders to Amazon maybe they decided to pay the "CitiLink tax" to get it here quicker? I imagine because of the size of the thing even though it's a fairly low cost item Royal Mail would be expensive and not that far from the £6.50 CityLink cost.

Whatever, it arrived this afternoon although it's a miracle I heard the delivery driver lightly tapping on the door instead of ringing the doorbell (why do they do that??!?!)

Yup. Waiting as well. Would have ordered it when it was £28 if i wasn't told that my credit card expired on Oct 1st. So i was waiting for a new one only to find out Monday that it expires Oct 31st

Can someone confirm that this has proper menus and not Universal's stupid menu icons?
Is this UK disc definitely identical to the US release? It's been really difficult to get absolute confirmation.

It definitely has words rather than the symbols that were on the Jaws release.

£15 at Tescos for the CE edition with the UV download. Includes an iTunes download and for those with a clubcard registered at Blinkbox a copy there too!

It's advertised as £14.99 in Morrisons until the 8th but my sister bought it on Tuesday and was charged 16.99! Has anyone paid 14.99 for it in Morrisons?

My Limited Edition Collector's Set arrived today!

It's beatiful and I can confirm that all the US special features (even the PiP stuff) has been ported over to the UK disc.

The book is beautiful and actually delves into a lot of the backstory of the Universe of the film.

My only minor gripe is that the back of one of the film stills was somehow slightly stuck to the steelbook and actually took a wee but of the artwork on the lower right with it (but it's only noticeable upon close inspection). Unfortunate but not a big enough deal to make me return it.
