I have heard that term, plenty of people have mentioned it to me, but no one has ever explained what they were talking about, especially when we are all drinking.

Hey, I'm a drinker and being able to be titled a semi drunk, I am embarrassed to say, I have never heard of Woodford Reserve.

I will have to look into this matter! ! !

One series I was never able to get into was Game of Thrones. Wish I did. I've tried on two different occasions.

Did you start with the first episode and watch each consecutive episode? That show has a very complicated plot/story line. If you didn't see the first one, or even missed just one episode you probably wouldn't be able to follow what was really going on much.

I love the show, but it does take your undivided attention to keep up with what is going on.

Yeah, I tried to get through the first episode twice. Seems to be a popular blu-ray set and the price never fluctuates. Which means they are still going out the door. More than one occasion I've had friends give me their opinions of the series. Maybe I'll give it another shot. It is on Netflix...

I figured you would like it. I think that as the songs progress, it gets even more incredible. The Black Page at the beginning of disc 2 is mindblowing from a drummer's perspective.

What's the issue?

I just finished watching Prometheus and The Cabin in the Woods, both for the first time. Prometheus turned out to be much better than I expected and the A/V was absolutely amazing.

The Cabin in the Woods was not what I expected at all, and I don't see how anyone that's seen it could disagree with that statement, as weird and unusual as this movie is. I actually enjoyed it, but my mind is still going "what the hell?!"

Prometheus is really good, going to have to watch it again soon. One of the better new releases in quite some time.

Cabin in the Woods was weird, not necessarily weird in a good way though, seeing it once was enough for me.
