Default Importing audio cds to PS3

Whenever I import a cd of mine, and then play it back from my PS3 hard drive, the music sounds terrible. It sounds to compressed, static, and just lots of "noise". Can anyone help me out here. I have all the bit rate's set 320. Isnt that the highest quality possible. Can someone help me out?

Thanks!

Try to use AAC or WMA and not MP3. They are the newest codec out there. It would have been better if Apple Lossless was part of the functionality but it's not. Still if you don't like how it sounds like, you may just want to stick to CDs and doing your CD compilation.

you might have the volume setting to +2 instead of normal that can push your speakers too far and it can make it distorted
