We just tried watching Sound of Music on a BD-350 today, and it would not load. We were able to watch it via my laptop (and HDMI hookup) though, so at least I can confirm the disc isn't defective.
Afterwards I tried leaving the disc in the Sony machine again, and after 12 mins it would not load. No error messages popped up though.
The firmware is up to date, and I have tried other discs, and no issues (yet). Anyone else have this problem with Sound of Music?
