Ok, so I have had the 46 inch xbr3 since December 2006, and finally have converted over to Blu Ray.
I hooked everything up and popped in Spider-Man 3, and found I had to crank the volume all the way up into the 80/100 range in order to get the normal loud sound I am use to when watching movies. The problem is I normally watch TV, and watch movies on my Xbox 360 HD DVD player at around 27-30/100. Already, after switching from input to input I thought I was going to blow the speakers out of my TV. Can anyone tell me what the deal is, and if this can be adjusted? The picture is what I expected, but so far the sound quality is crappy. Especially when I compare it to my HD DVD player. HELP!!! ![]() |

YEP! I AM A MORON!! Well, Kind of...
So, the easy 1-2-3 set up wasn't so "easy". In fact it completely left out the audio options. So, as suggested I went in an tinkered with the Audio settings in the BD player and walla...sound is the same on BD player as other units. Thank you for the suggestion. |
