I hope it's as good as everyone says it is. I probably haven't seen it since I was a kid and about the only thing I remember was that it had a shark in it and scared the hell out of me.

I'm out to go watch Jaws. You guys have a great night!
Enjoy Jaws! Looks and sounds great on Blu-ray!

I did! I thought it looked and sounded great for a 1975 movie. My only real small complaint is that some of the dialog is a tiny bit tinny here and there, like most older films are, but I'm sure that's because of the way it was recorded at the time. The score sounded amazing, and when the shark started ramming the boat the LFE was pretty impressive. The picture quality is really great too. I watched the restoration bonus feature after watching the movie and found it very interesting. I'm really glad to have it in my collection.

[Show spoiler]Steelbook

Attachment 57378

Attachment 57383

I hadn't seen it since I was a kid. It didn't quite scare the crap out of me as much as it did then, but it did have some great suspense and acting.

I'm not into the whole steelbook thing. I actually prefer the standard blue plastic Amaray cases.

I hope so. My big brother is pulling my sleeve asking for for a Skyfall movie night.

He will have to wait for it to arrive on Blu. Im not the biggest fan of bond but whatever gets my family to notice my home theater.

I hope you liked the film.

I still haven't seen Skyfall, but I would like to check it out. It comes out on BD here in about a month. I'm not a huge Bond fan either.

I did enjoy Jaws quite a bit. It was very suspenseful.

Bond fan or not, SKYFALL is a Terrific movie. You Owe it to yoursel to see it in a big movie theater with a huge screen (IMAX!) and up-to-date Audio system

No, I'm taking it easy today, but that cat is freaky funny.

I'm not anti-Bond, but I'm not a very big Bond fan either. I only go to the theater about two or three times a year. I will probably just borrow it from a friend of mine when he gets it on blu-ray. I have my own almost-pseudo-IMAX setup with a pretty decent audio system.

I do really like Javier Bardem in No Country for Old Men. I'll bet he's great in this as the bad guy.

I honestly don't know. Which one were you getting from him and what's the differences in them? Also, both of those are refurbished, and didn't you say that he might be sending you a brand new one?

I don't know if he would be sending me a new one. That was just guesswork. By new i didn't mean the latest model but i meant a fresh from the box versus a refurbished one. The X30/RS45 is like a tweaked X3/RS40 with lens presets and better 3D. On paper it should have slightly better 2D picture as well. It's one year newer than the X3/RS40.

Well i asked the seller about a refund just now. I have a 150$ lamp warrenty as well which might be difficult to get a refund on but we'll see.

I just really don't know that much about the JVC pjs, but I know that they're very nice.

Better is always better though.

I've gotta get to bed. It's almost 4:30 in the morning here. Have a great day!

Everything since the HD1/RS1 has only been slightly improved by each new model. Hard to improve on perfect.

Have a good sleep Joe.

He WAS Great in that. In this one, he plays quite an "interesting" role, with some very peculiar takes on his character.

Forgot all about i already payed my EU taxes on the X3.

So i'll keep my X3. No need for cinemascope or better 3d either as im rocking 16:9 and 2d.

Had i found this offer before getting this though i would have gotten it. Not sure why it didn't show on my local ebay searchpage (UK, US, DE, Hongkong and China in one search) but it did on the original Ebay page.

Edit: I just tried putting the X3 and the Duo up for sale again. If the X3 gets sold i'll get the X30 and if both the X3 and the Duo gets sold then maybe i'll get the RS60 which has CMS build in.

But knowing Denmark i properly wont get any good offers and i'll be stuck with the X3.

I think he's my second favourite bond-villain after Blofeld
