Isn't the point of movies to watch them?

For the people who have steelbooks in your collection, do you have them mixed in with the blu-ray amarays or are they on a separte shelf?

My husband built the shelving in the home theater room for my collection - I'm just worried about the steelbooks getting scratched if they are mixed in with the regular blu rays

Once I get my new shelf in a couple weeks I will post new pics. I am going to separate regular cases from every other type of case, but everything will still be alphabetical.

Separate. I don't think they'll be scratched if they're mixed in, though.

Yes, and that's why I have a duplicate amaray copy of the steelbook edition.

New Years Eve, I -finally- bought my first HDTV and Blu-Ray player. I realize I am both a late adopter and have nothing even close to an impressive collection, but it's new and shiny and I'm loving it so far. Here's what I've got, posted in the image below. The only discs that I know I want to add to my collection are The Exorcist 2-disc, American Beauty, The Matrix collection and the Star Wars collection.

It is sold at Walmart. I believe it was $12.98. Each movie comes on its own disc (as opposed to the Hostel 2-pack, but it was only $5 so I can't complain much.)
