Yeah, it has been there a while.

What about a "Controller Settings" option when you bring up the menu where you can turn the controller off, turn the system off, etc. I don't recall seeing that before but I probably just didn't notice it.

I dont think it was anything big, cause if it was it would be requiered for you to updated it. but you didn't have to.

Yeah, you mean where you can change which port it belongs to? That's been there.

Actually... BD Data Utility was a part of the 2.10 update, I believe... All I know is it showed up at the same time as Profile 1.1

@Saprano

DTS HD-MA would NOT appear on a minor .0? update like 2.17. I would imagine it would show up in a major update, and I'm guessing not until after the summer 2.4 update.. but, that's just my guess.

I see something in system setting's called format utility. and back up utility for your hard drive.

Just updated myself, maybe there are some bugs that needed to be addressed for all of the new releases this week.

Just downloaded it. . . can't find anything that it could be. . . more later! It was a required update though, meaning one has to update their firmware in order to play online and browse the PlayStation Network Store. . . or at least that's how it was for me.
