I like it when they don't show too much. Unless I'm at a strip club.

I may have to bite the bullet and get HBO back. I don't know if I can resist waiting until season 3 comes out.

Yes, you would have to wait for a whole year to watch season 3 on BD.

You already have cable or satellite don't you? I wouldn't think it would be that much to add HBO, and you're rich right? Just sell off one of the yachts or one of the Rolls.

I just watched all of the season 1 and 2 blu-rays over the course of about three or four days, and I got a lot more out of them the second time around than I expected. I can't wait to see season 3!

I've read all of the books, and honestly I like the show even better so far. There's a lot of meandering and endless, almost pointless wandering around in the books that they've trimmed out of the show.

Lol. The whole reason for canceling our premium channels was to save money. Ordering HBO again kind of defeats the purpose. It'll be a tough sell to the Mrs.

That's good to know about the books vs the show. Westeros is no place for meandering.

Well, Game of Thrones only runs for about two months. You could always just get HBO for two months a year.

The books are great and there is a lot more detail to what's going on, but there's also a lot of different people traveling all around just to find out who they were looking for wasn't where they expected them to be.

I just got through watching six episodes of Firefly and am probably going to crash soon.

I'm probably going to finish off the last couple of episodes of Firefly here in a few, then watch Serenity.

I blind bought seaon 1 last year and watched the whole seaon in one sitting the first time. I liked it so much that I just couldn't stop. I had to see what happened next. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

You really have to pay attention though, as the plot is very multi-layered and complex, but if you do give it your undivided attention, I think you're going to love it. Also, I think season 1 has some of the best video quality that I have ever seen.

I'm out to watch some Firefly, enjoy Game of Thrones!
