Back when it was new, not the same prints 10 years down the line You'll find virtually all Japanese scans will be slightly pillarboxed, it's just how they do things there Yes, GITS was done from an old master. Do I see Manga doing a new one if they can borrow the Japanese one? Probably not Quality and Manga have never been synonyms (before anyone points it out, GITS TV is actually done by Bandai) Last edited by WickyWoo; 03-22-2008 at 04:20 AM.
