Any luck haggling over prices at Best Buy?

Yeah I just kind of went through this the other day. I just bought one of those new samsung series 6 lcds and didn't get know about any of the offers. So I went back to get my free 3 blurays and 100 off a ps3. The location I was at said they didn't have any of the packs in stock but another store 30mins away had them. So went down to the other store and they tried to give me the run saying I bought it at the other store so I have to get it from them. Then they tried to tell me that the ps3 isn't a bluray player and that I'd have to buy the direct TV and geeksquad install to get the deal when it says very clearly get a ps3 for 100 off when buying any lcd priced greater then 100. Overall I did get my movies and ps3, but it should have only taken 5-10mins instead of an hour.
