Well, to each his own. Keep in mind most people don't smoke because they want to, but because they can't stop.

Generally, I try to keep smoke away from electronics. At the very least, you could make a dedicated smoking room with decent ventilation (keep that door closed) or ideally, take your smoking outdoors. Either of these will really prolong the life of your electronics.

If you can get in the habit of smoking outside, you'll also keep your house smelling fresh and looking cleaner, and probably increase its resale value.
