Knowledge about Blu-rays does not mean there's knowledge about all of Best Buy's various inventory practices. A forum about Best Buy, or retailers in general, where Best Buy employees post would be a better bet for accurate answers to those types of questions.

Indeed, though in my forumgoing experiences, I find that a lot of the times people do work in certain establishments, such as Best Buy, and are able to assist with these kinds of questions.

Anyways: assuming I can find these 4-packs in my Best Buy, I will definitely be picking up the Batman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and V for Vendetta ones.

The funny thing about the Lethal Weapon Collection is that I really don't care if I have the 5th bonus disc of supplements, so this '4 Film Favorites' would be perfect...but it just comes in a crappy case design that will annoy me, so I'll probably end up going for the 'Collection' because it comes in a case that doesn't stack yet is nearly as slim anyways.

I'm tempted to buy this set and go through a replacement program just to prove you wrong. Whenever I've had to deal with WB on replacing discs due to authoring issues, they've been quick and easy to work with.
