I sometimes ask myself that same question even tho I have them hooked up.
I surely do appreciate that whole hook up when I am listening to something that produces 7.1 and I would much rather have it then not to have it. The 805 does Matrix the 5.1 to 7.1 and that kinda makes up for anything less.

I would hate to tell an experience of having them with just a few movies but to hear those movies in the 7.1 was wonderful
