After playing for a bit today I'd have to say I like the wrench. I was experimenting with it a bit, but I kept dying while trying to kill a tank or heal my tank, etc. I hate TOW missiles!

one hit kill weapons suck and im finding i keep dyin because i have a hard time selecting hte bio field, if im in a fire fight i always pick the wrong thing, then i push the square for some reason to attack or press L1 i dont know why.

Dude, I have the same problems. Sometimes it's like the controller is too slow to respond. I hit the square to jump out of a jeep for example and nothing happens. Then, by the time I hit it again .. KABOOM .. a tank got me.

Similar issues in the warhawk. Selecting weapons that are up,down, left or right on the controller are fine. But weapons that are in the corners of the weapon select box often give me problems ... and these stupid delays get me all the time.

I've only had this when playing on a laggy user-made server. Never been a problem on the SCE-dedicated servers.

I agree with 1 and 2 but usually you eventually run out of wrench.. I usually follow a tank in a jeep, through sometimes the concept of switching to the wrench has not yet become a reaction.

well with bio gens on the back you could have infantry taking cover behind the tank while being healed so the and serves as
1)armour
2)mobile cover
3)mobile medical

although you need good teamwork to pull this off
also if you put a bio gen on the bottom of a warhawk/genesis you could hover over the enemy causing them to die, so basicly you've mobilised the bio gen. Veihcles and bio gen tactics are very good if you can pull them off.

Im sorry but with the limited area of effect and small amount of damage done its got a somewhat good charge, it just seems too limited to be a effective battlefield component at 2nd glance, I find the wrench to be generally more available, perhaps ive seen the bio weapon misused.

I think in the future the bio weapon needs additional area of effect to be truly a military asset.

I was playing ctf yesterday for about an hour and half. Nobody tried to steal it from either side though. Everybody was just trying to control zones and get kills.

I love putting the bio field generator on the vehicles. LMAO I snuck up to their base slapped one on and ran back a lil to check out the view.

I thought it was supposed to heal us too though? Is it just for other team members? I stayed on top of one I planted but it didn't do anything.

It heals you and any allied team member, through it may not heal you fast enough to take enemy fire.

More or less getting everyone back up and running.

Ive thought up some more uses of the bio generator Ill
have to see if they work privately before I discuss them.

How do you play CTF 99% of the time? There are no CTF ONLY rooms... just variable games.

Am I wrong? Are there rooms that are pure 100% CTF over and over?

Does it also block missile fire? I could of swore missiles were exploding before they got to me when i was in it.

If tou set the filter to CTF, it brings up CTF only games. If it happens to be a vari server in a CTF game, that will show too, but it says vari in the name.

You can kind of figure out what everything means on the SCEA server names but it would be nice if there was an explanation posted somewhere. Sometimes though they are shortened too much to read.

Just look for CTF in the server name (blue servers). There are plenty of CTF-only servers.

That's almost all I play - CTF, over and over. It's an addiction. I'm not proud of it, but I've come to accept it.

Yeah, CTF here too. Every now and again I'll do a Zones map, but I only really get into CTF.

I don't like deathmatches at all. If I want to do those, I play COD4 or something else. However, I will have to get into some DM games to get some of those kills or points.

As a side note, I was talking to a BLU member yesterday and he wanted to know why the BLU clan, despite all these people enrolled, is almost never on aside from myself.

Just thought I'd share. Over the past 3 weeks I've played more with 2 people of another clan that I have in all my time with people from this one since I've had the game.

Of course, Warhawk seems to be going anti-friends and clans on ranked matches, which blows. I tried the player-hosted crap last night and got booted from 4 games. I guess it's a bad thing to kill the host. Idiots.

Hope to see some of you guys online.
