You're looking at the official stats at stanford? Thats 105 including default and google, which aren't considered real teams. Its still 103.

No, if you checking in the official Stanford's website then subtract 2 from what it shows. There are Google and Default "teams" that are not real teams.
Kakaostats.com will show ranks properly.
Check this one out also, it looks pretty neat:

I do think its time to drop team google from aggregate status though. The top three teams have already slayed the google dragon and their production is crap now. Would end some of the confusion.

Pretty soon we will break 100... I wonder if we will be able to make it into the top 25 this year?

No way. Not unless we drastically increase our membership size. If production rates stay as they are right now, we'll be about #60 by the end of this year.

I think highest we can get is in the 30's. Need to keep spreading the word. Hopefully tomorrow/this weekend I can get my new quad up and running.

Thanks for the advice reider, melikefish, and of course our very own special coach alan2308. I'll start testing all of your suggestions and let you know how it goes. This is the first real time I've tried to set this up on a PC. The PS3 makes it so easy

You probably know all that... but just to make sure:
1. install and run 2 SMP clients.
2. install affinity changer service.

Hmm, so it's a dual-core Pentium, not the Core Duo. The very little cash and the 533 FSB that it has, may prevent you from finishing SMP units in time. But I think it's still worth a try.
SMP installation procedure:
http://folding.stanford.edu/English/FAQ-SMP#ntoc3

Install affinity changer service from
http://distributed.org.ua/forum/inde...showtopic=1149

Run the SMP client for 2-3 hours... if it completes 1% in less then 45 minutes then you're ok to run SMP client. If not - then plan B.

Also, I think that "Use IE connection settings" should be set to "No".

Try this link: http://folding.extremeoverclocking.c...php?s=&t=56895

IMO, it's a little easier to understand and if you click on your username (or anyone elses) it'll show your trend lines, production statistics, when you're projected to pass users in front of you and what users are threatening your current ranking, etc.

I am contemplating to offer monthly (or weekly) monetary donations to be used as prizes for our folders.
Would that help to significantly increase our numbers? Any ideas on as to how this could be organized/managed?

- If just 10% of all the Blu-ray.com members were folding, our team could hit top 10 by the end of this year.
