Well, that is the cool thing about adding the XS30 to the mix. The Ultras should keep producing the deep powerful bass and the XS30 should take care of the mid/high bass........

So, is like taking the best of each subwoofer and mixing them together to achieve a better performance while they are playing together.........

Yeah, is kind of a bummer as I as hoping to have the sub towards the end of next week. Oh well, this is something that is out of the control of the fine folks at PSA. But, I do appreciate the fact that Tom was pretty clear and honest informing all of us about this situation.

So, kudos for him and his team for how they are handling this situation. That speaks volumes of the people leading this company and just increase the level of confidence that I have on them and their product.

But, I cannot deny I want my XS30 like "now".............

Hi all,

Couple updates

1)A few hundred Power-X 15s are officially "en route". ETA is 3-4 business days(tues/wed). All Power-X back orders should be fulfilled by wed/thurs.

2)We are still waiting for a new update on the Triax 15s(different vendor). These are already about 10-14 days late and he was stuck waiting on one last component from one of his vendors last I heard(a few days ago). As soon as we hear news on this we will be sure to update everyone. We have 40-50(?) Triax enclosures and amplifiers here now. Some assembly is taking place, all amplifier DSP is being loaded, etc. Once the Triax drivers do arrive we will be able to assemble, QC, and box-up all of the pre-orders in a very efficient manner.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record we sincerely apologize for missing our expected ship dates on any back order and thanks to all for being so patient. We get half dozen or so calls/emails a day inquiring about a back order and every single person to date has been very polite and understanding when we share the latest status.

I like your way of thinking It's my feeling as well that one needs to have something pulling mid-bass in a system. Congrats on the anxiously awaited XS30

This is a very interesting project due to the nature of the subwoofers to be integrated at my system (ported / sealed). So, I'm here counting days like a little kid before Christmas. It is kind of funny been a grown-up man and having this kind of feeling.

But oh well, if you (others) are here reading at this post, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Yeah, I said it, don't give me that look and be honest with yourself.........

Okay, I'll admit it.
When that truck pulls up I find myself in the Driveway before the driver has gotten out of the vehicle.
One of the advantages of being retired, is that you can be home for those special deliveries.
