The movie itself? Really well. I still find it to be this great dark satire. It reminds me of Heathers a lot. That said, the dialogue has a few groaners.

Also, meant to thank you for championing Miami Vice. I had only seen it once back when it came out, but grabbed a used copy for like 5 bucks after reading some of your posts. It really was a different experience this time around. I found it much more engrossing. Quite a good film.

You should check them out. You see any of the cartoons? I know growing up I was obsessed with them and Ghostbusters. I had like almost every action fiure for TMNT and GB.

No way! Then he would be missing out on Vanilla Ice, which is only the greatest fight/dance off scene ever

Never seen Showgirls, other than certain parts.

Watch it Now, F***er!

(I actually think its a good satire, but others will disagree)

Here's something I guess you could say is Unpopular. I don't care for John Carpenters movies. Or of the few that I've seen. Halloween, The Fog, Village Of the Damned, Escape From LA, Vampires and Ghost of Mars.

Plus to add on top of that Halloween is a bit overrated. Continue on.

Oh, Jessie from Saved By the Bell. Guess this is what happen after she didn't do well on her midterms while all drugged out on those pills she was taking.

Showgirls is great. There's no way most (if not all) of the humour was unintentional.

George Lucas is a better action director than Brad Bird.

Actually I do like Vampires, which is about the only one.

I've never seen the Ward. But has some actresses in it i like.

I was always more of a Wes Craven kind of guy.

Totally underrated even though i know alot of people hate it. With what the story for the movie is. I think they could do a good remake seeing how everyone is so technology obsessed today.

Plus that 80's rock soundtrack gotta love it!

Missed this post. I am glad to hear you liked it. It may be a bit frustrating the first time around, but with repeat viewings, it is more apparent what Mann was going for both narratively and visually

From what I've read the new film seems to be taking stuff from the first film and the original cartoon series from the 80's.

Halloween is one of my favorite horror genre film. So many genius scenes: the closet scene, the opening POV scene..Wow
