Default Question about "the Fountain" blu-ray

I have the fountain on dvd, the PS3 is a good upconverter and I only have a 720p TV. Even still I am considering buying the Blu-Ray version.
Is the "Step by Step" featurette in HD or SD?
Is the "Peter Parks Bonus - Macro Photography Loop" extra in HD or SD?
These featurettes aren't on the SD DVD...
And if you happen to know: Is the HD version vastly better quality, (not technically speaking, but generally worth re-buying?)

I'll have to look at those settings later.

I have a 1080p tv, and have owned both versions. I'd say that the HD isn't vastly better quality, but it is better on BD than upconverted. A lot of images are a little soft- possibly intentionally. The colors are the main thing, and they really pop on this movie. For that alone I personally think it's worth the upgrade if you enjoy this movie.

I don't regret my double-dip on this title at all. It's not the best double-dip I've done (I, Robot takes the cake for that), but it's good. My .02.

Special features are SD.

I would definitely recommend this on Blu - it's a fantastic film. I rented the DVD when it first came out, but can't remember the PQ enough to compare, but again, visuals and score are fantastic. A must-own IMHO!
