Any workout guilt after watching movies? - Blu-ray Forum

I have a much harder time enjoying those movies if I've been slacking off on my exercise routine (well, attempted routine). If I've been keeping up however then I enjoy them a lot more.

not from guilt, but every time i see a movie like an "arnold" one, i end up on a short lived workout binge where i am determined to one day look like a tank.

then i end up back on the couch watching movies with smaller people, maybe a fat guy whenever possible.

Exactly. I feel a little guilty eating a big bowl of Ice Cream and watching Troy.
