I wholeheartedly disagree. You need go no further back in time to when DVD took off for the races and never looked back to see the fallacy here. For some reason, a lot of HD-DVD supporters are starting to tow a line like this because they know HD-DVD isn't going to win outright and BD isn't going to be wiped out. There's just no way it's going to happen. This is sheer nonsense. A unified format means: Solidarity, 100 percent hardware/software support which means much higher consumer confidence, zero risk, better sales. Frankly anyone that tows this line is someone that I suspect being favored towards HD-DVD at the least. Read the article and see what you all think. |
