If you e-mail either orders@crystallakememories.net or press@crystallakememories.net, the e-mails will also come back because their mailbox is full.

The best way to contact them with inquiries is through the FB page.
They did say on their FB page that "all orders placed on the website will receive the bonus DVD" under their status update on 9/7/13. All orders received before 11:59pm on 9/13/13 will also be entered in a drawing for a signed 27x40 poster that will be autographed at the DD event.
That's right. I do recall you mentioning this further back in the thread.
Hey, I guess business is booming!
I didn't know about the poster contest. That would definitely be a nice piece to have. I hope someone here wins, so they can post pics!

Hi,

I just found out about this bluray release, and since I'm on a "Friday the 13th" fever I pre-order this bluray , I usually buy my movies on Best Buy or any other physical store or if they don't carry the movie then Amazon comes to the rescue, but the bonus disc that is being offered on the official website, is too good to let it go

My Dark Delicacies order came out to $36 and some change - the most I've ever paid for a documentary. Judging by the enthusiasm on here I guess it'll be worth it, even if most of the autographs are from the best boy grips and lighting technicians :-)

Don't we all? This is the last time I order anything from these guys. I still haven't gotten the extra $10 I was charged for "International Shipping" removed from my order. This is making me mad, and I don't want to hear from people saying, "It's a small company ... they're overwhelmed." Blah, blah, blah. Whatever.

I'm just one person and I'M overwhelmed. I didn't even want to pay the extra but the "extras" ***** in me wanted that extra 4 hour disc and wanted it by Friday the 13th, which wasn't happening through Amazon. They said they would start shipping early this week. In half an hour it is Friday. Obviously they broke another promise.

I'm not sure why some here think we need to be so patient with all of this. I guess maybe they weren't charged $10 over and aren't paying $44.98 for something that Amazon is charging $24.99 for. A $20 difference should entitle a person to a F13 launch and to that extra disc. And maybe a little french kissing. Okay, the french kissing thing may be a little too much to hope for/ask.

EXACTLY! And their stupid countdown clock is still going, implying the discs will arrive on Friday the 13th. That's just over 30 minutes from now. This is lowbrow business dealings. At least they should have a valid phone number and free up their email addresses. This company sucks. I don't even care anymore how much I liked Never Sleep Again -- the way they are treating their customers and misleading their customers is unforgivable. AND I WANT THE EXTRA $10 I WAS CHARGED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BACK NOW! Ahem. Sorry about screaming their for a second. Just getting more than a little upset over this whole thing.

What alternate dimension have you been living in the past however many years? "Release day" has always been the day you go to the store and pick something up or walk to your door and take the item from your postman or UPS guy. "Release day" has NEVER been an indication of the day something may or may not SHIP. Ever. Not once. Not until now. That would be the SHIPPING date.

As others and including your self have stated, it's a good idea in theory except that people won't have them in their hands on the 13th. If people don't start getting shipping notices tomorrow then people should start to worry. It just seems a little premature to speculate why they haven't shipped them when the release date isn't even here.
One more time: "Release day" and "Shipping date" have never, until now, been considered the same thing. Even by 1428, who said they would be shipping these out early in the week (which would have been 3 or 4 days ago now) and have a prominent countdown clock clearly meant to indicate that's the day people who pre-ordered months ago would be getting the discs. Remember, they already had a delay. A pretty significant one. Not having it ready again is, to me, inexcusable.

And "release" days and "shipping" dates are two different things. They are, indeed, mutually exclusive.

The latter has never been the case with me. If I pre-order something online, no matter how early, I can usually expect to see it about 3 days after release date; the release date has always been when it ships for me.

You've been doing it wrong.

EDIT: How do you add your PS3 collection to your account here? I never even noticed that was a feature 'til seeing your post. And if you wanna hit me up for some online gaming, let me know. Thanks!

Up top, above the search bar, just click "PS3" to change it from the default "Blu-Ray" setting. Then you should be able to type PS3 games into the search bar and add them to your collection like you would Blu-Rays.

I mentioned these concerns last week when I had to call the phone number on my PayPal email confirmation over a credit card issue. I was informed that they were not in charge of the money side of things and they only make the discs and ship them, and they had no idea why their number is showing up on PayPal's email confirmations. He also told me the discs weren't even manufactured yet so there was still time to get any credit card issue I was having sorted out. Incidentally, he said he would pass on my email and phone number and my billing concern to the Crystal Lake Memories site, but I never did get a response from them. Luckily I think my issue is all taken care of already, so it doesn't matter. But I gotta say - this is very unprofessional, with the unreachable emails and all.

I'm still looking forward to this very much - but I agree - what's the point of the 13th being release date if nobody can actually see it on release date? That's fine for retails stores so you can walk in and buy it - but that's not the case here.

Exactly!

They're treating the fans like crap and SUPPOSEDLY they're the fans. More and more I'm thinking they're privilidged rich kids with "access" and they don't give a darn (I was gonna use a harsher word, but the censorship bot here is pretty hardcore) about those who risked putting their credit card info. in. And who the HECK uses paypal as a legitimate pay source? This is as insane as Pamela Voorhees.
