Given the way post #1 is composed, your thoughts would be better suited for the ‘why I will mostly skip True 4K Blu-ray’ thread in the other section of this forum.

Since you “lobbied hard for Blu-ray against HD-DVD”, consider what you’re doing here analogous to an HD-DVD supporter coming into a Blu-ray advocate thread and causing trouble back in the day. Next thing you know, peoples’ feelings are hurt….there’s a downward spiral in conversation…yellow cards are given out, etc.
