Chiefs made a lot of moves outside of Smith, they would have been decent either way.. Crabtree going down for the 49ers hurt them really bad.. Boldin has fluke game, he will never come close to doing that again, and pretty much defenses just play cover 2 and control Vernon and you figured out how to beat Kaep. he is too fast for his offense and they are aging. Gore is borderline retirement.. they need to get younger and they get rid of Walker and bring in Boldin?

Special teams has hurt them more than D. They made the stop there until Harry Douglas decided to get fancy and pick up a punt off a bounce and got hit and lost it.
