There's no way Walt is going after Gretchen and Elliot, I'm surprised so many people are thinking he is. If anything, I think he got mad because they mentioned something about his meth still being out there and being cooked and it draws a parallel to Grey Matter.
Walt left Grey Matter and that went on to make billions and how he's left the meth business but Uncle Jack and co are carrying on making all the money without him. I really really hate Todd right now though. All I wanted was for Jesse to get out of the series alive to be with Andrea and Brock. I guess now I'm just hoping Jesse manages to at least kill Todd before the end. |

HA! Awesome
This episode was amazing. One of Breaking Bad's strengths is how strong and intense a scene can be where seemingly little is actually happening. Breaking Bad isn't all about explosions and shoot outs all the time. They are master of pace and story telling. I'm just sad to see it go, but glad it gets to go out the way they want to. |

I hate that the Patriots are on Sunday Night Football next week opposite the Breaking Bad finale. I always watch sports live and never miss Patriots games but I think once it hits about 25 minutes into the Breaking Bad episode I'm going to have to start recording the game and switch to watching Breaking Bad, and then catch up on the game after Breaking Bad airs.

C'mon it's only a regular season game an plus it is also only the 4th game of the year... I am from New England and this one is a no brainer. I am watching the finale to one of the greatest shows ever created.

Not legally, and the streams you do find suck with quality. If you know where to look you can usually find a copy out about a few minutes after air.

Think I may of liked last nights episode more than Ozymandis, just pitch perfect place to put a 'slow' episode, after the cataclysmic events of last week, it's good to have a lengthy reflect on prior going on's without loosing momentum. I sort of like how IGN put it by saying "Breaking Bad really ended last week and this is an epilogue" since last week really gave us the end of Walter White, his fall from grace and now he simply lingers like a hollow corpse of a human being, he has a beating heart pumping blood through his veins, powering a dying parasite. As Jr. put it, "why don't you just die already".
Of course I really love the character of Todd, the opposite of Walt and Jesse, he's soulless but he has ambitions, wants and dreams. He's simply a working drone who sees death and destruction as his upbringing, but he doesn't seek it. The whole snow setting really added to the Sergio Leone epic modern western setting, something we'd see in a spaghetti western climax. ![]() It was the necessary episode in the series, not the huge revolutionary episode with the big events and shocking twists and turns, but the one to put our sympathies and feelings in place, we do feel sorry for Walt despite the horrible things he's done, we do feel sorry for Jesse despite his betrayal, we do feel sorry for Skylar despite the fact she the biggest award winning ***** on TV (I joke of course, award well deserved ![]() ![]() Prediction time - [Show spoiler]

I was rooting for Walt for way too long. Sure i cannot wait for him to get some retribution for Hank but too many people are still buying that he turned bad and was really a good person and that he truly kept it up for his family's sake. For the 100th or so time we see him with the chance to do what is best for his family as Saul suggests he turn himself in and end this misery for them so they can move on.
I don't doubt he truly loves his family and wanted to provide for them but it's all been about him and his pride since day 1. This guy was always sleeping behind the surface of this generic wimpy man. He has used his family as the excuse to do more horrible things to them and everyone around him than can ever be justified. Even "providing" for them now seems like it was more about him self serving some idea of what a man should do and his legacy. Sure he wants them to be safe and well off but every choice he has made has proven that his Empire and Legacy are what truly matter. It all comes back to Grey Matters and how wounded his pride is for never getting his just due and i cannot wait to see how that piece of it plays out. Of course it wasn't worth it, is that even debatable at this point?. You can have all the money in the world but if the cost is too great, it doesn't matter. He's lost everyone he ever cared about,he's dying, he's on the run and can't even enjoy the monetary rewards that he worked for.

I haven't missed a pats game since 2000..on TV. If this was a home game I would be in the stands taping the game. I am a die hard. It doesn't matter to me if it's only a regular season game. I watch it no matter what

I am a die hard Steeler fan and decided to just watch BrBa live last night. You really don't miss that much as halftime should come during the end of the show.

Plus with all the commercial breaks, you should easily catch back up. No one should miss the series finale of this show for any other TV programming.

Yeah I was a little unsure of what to do but I just glanced at the NFL app to see if anything major was happening in the game. I'd rather miss a little than have someone text me or something with a possible spoiler.
