I was able to get the 3D verison for 26.00 after tax at Walmart today. Apparently & Thankfully they are honoring that ad here. Although mine didnt come with the slipcover...which honestly i think is horrible. But thankfully there is a sorta easy solution to this problem. Either you can ask the clerk, if they are stupid enough, to allow you to switch the slipcover for another. Or, like me, you can purchase the other blu-ray with slipcover, then return it without the slipcover. Customer Service Assoicates have never gave me an issue when i return a blu-ray without one. I had to do this for Tron and The Avengers.

I hope you're not the evil person who dashed my hopes at Walmart. I went today and found one 3D copy in the back of a bunch. Got all excited, then for some reason decided to check the movie under the slip and discovered it was the 2D + DVD version under there. Someone swapped it out. Glad I checked.
