Please try to add something of value to this site.

The trilogy is listed as being region free in the database, without any warnings about certain extras not playing, so it's not unreasonable for one to assume everything will playback fine in their PS3. I don't think anyone else has even mentioned PAL extras being included in this thread until tylerdurden's post.

It's not unreasonable to assume that by looking, but it's unreasonable to not know after trying it in both and having it only work in one.

"X doesn't work in my region A player. X works in my region free player. Anyone have this problem, what could be the reason?"

The solution is quite obvious.

And PS, your post added literally nothing of value either don't take the internet so seriously, you'll have a stroke

There are times when the PS3 doesn't play something that another regular BD player might so the answer is hardly obvious. It could be something as simple as deleting the cache file from the BD data folder for instance, or one having a more updated firmware than the other. There are plenty of examples of this around this site. You consistently make useless posts, so me telling you to be more useful was in itself useful.

Finally bought a copy off Amazon UK, been tossing back and forth on buying it for about a month. Hopefully it arrives ok, last one I ordered was The Evil Dead, was shipped in just a bubble mailer but showed up completely unharmed. Heres hoping this one does too.

Be sure to hang on to the Something Weird Blu of the original. The PQ is a bit better than the one in the Steel.

The set is still worth getting for the sequels and exclusive Doc, though.
