Dell Ultrasharp U2713HM connection question?

The 2x 7950s should do well, i just had 3 of them in my last build so i know them well. Although not perfect i look at it like this

if a card like a 7950 is good for 1080p then figure on needing 2 for 1440p since the pixel count is almost double


I have the EVGA GTX 780 Classified currently and it does damn well for a single card but a couple games like Crysis 3 at 2560x1440 still give it a run for its money
