Red face Help picking these Blu-rays 4 kids

Looking for some blu-rays out now for my son.

He is 5

We have these titles on blu-ray

Cars---He loves this movie

ice age---He will watch this one from time to time

ice age the meltdown--loves this one

ratatouille---watches this sometimes.

& we just purchased alvin & the chipmunks---he loves this one watches it alot.

Im looking at either meet the robinsons//chicken little///open season//i was thinking also about the simpsons movie but didnt know if that was in his age range.

A question that also came to my mind. We rented bee movie last weekend.
We liked that 1....I was thinking about getting it on dvd because he wanted it. Any news if it could be coming to blu-ray anytime this year?

And any news on new cartoon titles on blu-ray?

Thanks i appreciate it.

My son who is 4.5 likes all those movies mentioned above. Lately he really likes the Waterhorse and Mr Magoriums Wonder Emporium. Surfs Up, Monster House are also winners.

Simpson's movie may be a bit out of his range....

We just watched the Waterhorse, it was a good children's / family movie. The picture quality was great.

My son loves Meet the Robinsons and Chicken Little. Simpsons isn't appropriate for very young kids. Also check out Ant Bully.

We have the gameplan. I actually liked this one to my surprise. He liked it weve watched it a couple times all together.

But the cartoon ones are ones he will sit down and watch over and over by himself and are usually the ones he brings to me.

But i loved the gameplan me and my wife actually watched it by ourselves a couple times also. We havent seen the other movies yet. I work alot lol.

meet the robinsons and chicken little was the 2 i was thinking about getting. I wished bee movie was out on blu-ray but i will either wait or get in on dvd.

So if you had to pick 1 and your kid liked it...and you liked it or could at least sit thru it. Which one would you buy. Meet the robinsons or Chicken Little?

Anything thats not a cartoon i dont think he is ready for yet. To catch his attention...I'm 27 and i still watch alot of cartoons ha.

I am also interested in waterhorse i hear good things about that 1.

I would have to say Monster House.

The Simpsons for little kids? I don't think so. Within the first 5 minutes of the film it shows male genitalia.

True, but isn't it worth it having a 4-5 year old running around chanting, "bountiful penis!"?

We own all the movies you have, including the ones you are looking at purchasing. While I don't think you could go wrong with any of the three, meet the robinsons is the one my youngest son (4.5 years old) has watched the most amount of times of the three you listed.

What about Happy Feet or Surf's Up? Both of them were good and you will be able to sit through them as well.
