It is surprising considering how careful they were to point out support and servicing would be available. Here were are a mere few months later, and already people are starting to have problems with servicing.

Not only does that raise issues of integrity, but also about reliability. Many of us wondered whether these inexpensive players were actually cheap. And it is beginning to look like they were.
