Default IMAGE PROBLEMS WITH A kdl46xbr4

I have had a kdlxbr4 since Sept. 07 and any time fast moving images (sports)or bright colors (rock concert) come on the screen the picture gets very blocky(pixelated).Ihave tried to adjust the settings and that didnt work.Sony recently replaced my original tv with a referbished unit and this one does the same thing. Also Comast cable came out to check the line and found that everyting was working properly on their end. Has any on heard of this ?Any suggestions would be very helpful.

That's your problem, you're viewing Comcast's highly compressed signal. Fast motion+low bitrate=pixelization, block artifacts and the like

Are you getting pixel motion blur when viewing Blu-ray?
