I'm trying to get DTS CD's to play on my PS3. I am having a serious problem getting this to work. The solution I keep reading about (setting my output frequency to 44.1/88.2/176.4 and unchecking 88.2 and 176.4 and leaving only 44.1) is NOT working for me. I still only get static playback. I swear these discs used to work and suddenly they don't. Has this been messed up in the recent firmware updates or something?? Someone help me!
Also, I've been reading that you have to UNcheck LPCM 48kHz. My PS3 will not allow me to do this!! The option is greyed-out. : ( I am running through optical and am set to bitstream. Does ANYONE have a solution to this issue? Even google had nothing. |
